About Sasol Learnership Programme 2023
This is a learnership programme that offers a theoretical element aligned to an NQF Learnership and practical on-site work experience.
Sasol wants to improve every entry-level learner’s skills and workplace performance. It’s suitable for those who have a grade 12 certificate.
Sasol also encourages those who have disabilities to submit their application. This is to meet their commitment to developing a dynamic and equivalent working environment.
During the Sasol Learnership Programme 2023, every learner will get:
- On-site work experience in the chemical and energy industry.
- Theoretical components include Entrepreneurship, Business Operations, Customer Service, Business Accounting, and Maths Literacy.
- Opportunity to improve Communication and Computer skills.
During the programme, learners will provide administrative support to improve the effectiveness of managers and departments.
This learnership programme is located in Sandtown, in Sasol’s commercial and logistics department. But it’s open to unemployed young people from any major.
Sasol Learnership Programme 2023 Requirements
Every candidate who is interested in the Sasol Learnership Programme 2023 should meet these minimum requirements:
- Have a matric or grade 12 certificate.
- Unemployed South African youth.
- Have basic skills in literacy, numeracy, computer, and basic business principles.
- Good attitudes and have high motivation to learn and develop their performance.
- Have an interest in the chemical and energy industrial world.
- Energic and quickly adapt to a new environment.
- Able to work in a team and individually. Include getting minimum supervision.
- Ready to participate in this learnership programme and complete all assessment process
- Ready to participate in all required work activities and exercises.
