Duties
As trainees in the Nampak manufacturer, there are things you need to know. Prior knowledge is always helpful especially when you get into a new working environment.
Ready to know more about your duties and responsibilities? Check out what they expect from you:
- Learn the skill from the mentor or technical instructor of the designated trade .
- Willing to join in all scheduled training, have a great progress in learning the skill and attend the related training as the one you’re subjected to.
- Perform duties related to your subject field, have 80% pass of theory and practical competencies, and reach the intended result at a reasonable pace.
- Keep the logbook which keeps your training record and willing to show it to your mentor/instructor when they ask for it.
- Complete the maintenance check sheet that you will get later. Also maintain great work with others to complete the maintenance checks and objectives.
- Make sure that the changeover completion is within the specified time, and that the equipment starts up and runs efficiently.
- Acknowledge that all work procedures to changeovers and work instructions are available during tasks according to requirements.
- Adhere to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures, work instructions, guidelines, regulations/legislations and programs and proactive action to identify and correct potential unsafe conditions and acts.
