Requirements

In addition, in order to be eligible for the KZN Department Arts and Culture internship programme, all applicants must have these following requirements.

  • The applicants must not have previously taken part in any internship programme
  • The applicants who reside near places where the training posts exist will receive preferences
  • All applicants must have the minimum of National Senior Certificate and a minimum of three years of qualifications
  • Lastly, the applicants must have the ability to complete the duration of the internship

Additionally, having completed the previous requirements does not further guarantee that you will successfully be the part of the internship programme unless you complete these compulsory documents, as follows.

  • The newly Z83 form
  • A formal covering application or motivational letter
  • A comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Proof of residential address
  • Certified copy of identity document
  • A certified copy of the letter of recognition from SAQA (for foreigner)
  • Also, certified copies of qualifications (National Senior Certificate and a minimum 3 years qualification)
