Purpose Statement: As a Client Service Representative, your role will involve resolving non-real-time client inquiries, ensuring optimal client experiences, and contributing to client retention efforts.

Experience: Minimum:

  • Minimum of 2 years of client service experience

Ideal:

  • 2 years of experience in a Contact Centre environment

Qualifications (Minimum):

  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred):

  • Diploma in Finance or Risk and Compliance

Knowledge: Minimum:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the financial industry

Ideal:

  • Knowledge and understanding of Capitec Bank services, products, policies, and procedures
  • Familiarity with the South African banking environment
  • Awareness of social media trends and platforms

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Business writing proficiency
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
