Purpose of Job Embark on a 12-month internship that offers aspiring HR professionals with post-matric qualifications an opportunity to kickstart their careers. This role comes with the potential for extension based on exceptional performance.
As an Intern in our Learning and Development Function, you will immerse yourself in the world of training coordination and multifaceted training administrative duties.
Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities
- Master the art of planning, scheduling, and overseeing internal and external courses and training events.
- Showcase your organizational prowess through meticulous document control, including training history recording and maintenance, and adherence to archiving procedures.
- Engage and support stakeholders, including client interactions and meetings.
- Contribute to a range of multifunctional training administrative responsibilities.
- Administer learning processes using SAP LSO and T@W LMS in alignment with Energy Business IM and HR Standards.
- Provide insights through reporting and learning analytics.
Formal Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification

- 0+ years of relevant experience
