d. Team Collaboration: Assisting fellow team members in their tasks is essential for smooth operations. Active participation in shift meetings, asking questions, and contributing suggestions are encouraged.
e. Inventory Management: The role may involve picking beverage concentrates and bases in-store as directed by the process operator, contributing to efficient inventory management.
f. Problem Solving: Using situational problem-solving techniques, such as the 5Why method and quick fix routines, to identify and correct issues is part of the Syrup Room Assistant’s responsibilities.

a. Education: A minimum requirement is a Diploma in Food Science, industrial chemistry, or a related field.
b. Experience: Proficiency in all aspects of food processing operations and process control is expected.
c. Additional Skills: Computer and technical skills are considered an added advantage, showcasing the increasing importance of technology in the manufacturing sector.

Experience:

- Reporting food safety, defense, and fraud-related issues to QAQC / QAT or SHEQ Manager.
