  • Collaboration: Assist team members during planned maintenance activities and participate in maintenance post mortems to identify problems, opportunities, and lessons learned.
  • Cleaning and Inspection: Undertake cleaning, lubrication, and inspection tasks as per the maintenance schedule.
  • Running Repairs: Conduct running repairs on plant and equipment, applying problem-solving methodologies to resolve issues.

  • Educational Background: Typically, a Process Artisan is required to have at least an N3 qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering, complemented by a relevant trade test (some instrumentation).
