Planned Maintenance: Execute tasks during planned maintenance windows, adhering to the maintenance schedule. Communicate any challenges to the Maintenance Planner.
Collaboration: Assist team members during planned maintenance activities and participate in maintenance post mortems to identify problems, opportunities, and lessons learned.
Cleaning and Inspection: Undertake cleaning, lubrication, and inspection tasks as per the maintenance schedule.
Running Repairs: Conduct running repairs on plant and equipment, applying problem-solving methodologies to resolve issues.
3. Skills, Experience, and Education:
Educational Background: Typically, a Process Artisan is required to have at least an N3 qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering, complemented by a relevant trade test (some instrumentation).
Additional Qualifications: An N6 Millwright qualification and a Millwright trade test are often considered advantageous.
