Eligibility:

Key Responsibilities:
- Administration:
- Issue floats and cash up procedures
- Banking
- Laybe buys and cellphones stocktakes
- Oversee the movement of cellular stock
- Stock receiving procedures
- Capture payroll documentation on the company payroll system
- Implementation of daily admin to-do-list
- Authorising sensitive transactions at the till points
- Stock Loss:
- Effectively follow all policies and procedures aimed at minimizing stock loss
- Sales and Stock Management:
- Assist with stock replenishment processes
- Coordinate merchandising promotions
- Coordinate the execution of price adjustments
- Housekeeping
- Ensure correct pricing and VM elements are implemented
- Customer Service:
- Deal with customer queries/complaints
- Ensure that store teams follow the Ackermans customer service model
- People Management:
- Coach and guide staff within the store
- Daily delegation of tasks
