Eligibility: To be considered for the Receptionist position at AccorHotel, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Matric (High School Diploma)
- A Qualification in Hospitality/Tourism will be advantageous
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or equivalent
- 1-2 years of related experience or training is preferable
- Experience working with multiple phone lines is preferred
- Excellent customer service abilities are essential
- Strong organizational skills
