Duties

- Implementing human resource administration practices
- Attending switchboard related duties including answering calls, transferring calls, creating telephone pins to new officials, and taking messages
- Updating the telephone register and roaster
- Maintaining the payment of Telkom accounts, contact service providers in relation to the technical and faults at National Office
- Also, printing telephone trace reports for officials to account for calls made
Requirements
In addition, all applicants must possess these following requirements in order to qualify for the positions advertised.
- Having a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent with one year experience in Switchboard Operations and answering phones is non-negotiable
- All applicants must have planning and organization skills
- Having interpersonal relations is essential
- Having communication skills in both verbal and written is compulsory
- The applicants must have language skills
- The applicants must have computer skills especially in Ms. Office
- Lastly, being able to work flexibly and in a team
