Duties

- Assisting in physical verification of NDPWI assets
- Performing support function to ASD and DD physical verification
- Performing desktop planning and confirmation of ownership of land parcels
- Assisting with GIS spatial data checks
- Besides, checking and verifying property data on relevant database and ERP solution
- Doing approvals for all transactions passed by regions from mobile application
- Next, administering the performance of physical verification activities to provide status information around existence and condition of Immovable Assets in the register
- Ensuring the data accurateness in the IAR
- Verifying documents and doing deed searches
- Assisting with property information to other units
- Also, performing physical verification of sties and condition assessment
Requirements
