GCRA Bursary for Youth Between The Ages of 18 and 35 Years

Gauteng City Region Academy (GCRA) Bursary is a very good opportunity to everyone who reside in Gauteng Province. GCRA (gcra.gauteng funding.co.za) is currently opening 2nd round of their bursary programme 2020. The bursary opens to students who have completed matric and they are currently studying or registered/already accepted in a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), a university as well as a university of technology. Students who want to pursue their postgraduate study in an accredited university are welcome to apply.

GCRA Bursary Qualifications and Requirements

To apply GCRA Bursary you need to meet these qualifications and requirements as mentioned below:

  • You are a South African with certified ID;
  • You are currently in the age of 18 to 35 years;
  • You are residing in Gauteng Province;
  • You have a certified of matric certificate;
  • You are able to show the proof of your parent’s income or guardian/affidavit’s income (if applicable);
  • You must create a motivation letter no more than two pages;
  • You must include your medical record and disability if applicable;
  • You have a proof of registration/acceptance letter from a PSET institution.

Special Qualifications

You will be automatically accepted to receive this bursary when you are:

  • Top achievers in Gauteng schools;
  • Top 3 learners in no-fee paying schools in Gauteng;
  • Top 3 learners from LSEN schools in Gauteng.
