Duties
The Property Caretaker position will come with several duties. First you will need to maintain the garden and landscape, including:
- Maintaining premises and the surrounding area
- Maintaining the gardens by pruning the flowers and trees
- Cultivating the soil for trees and flowers
- Removing weeds and clearing gardens
- Watering the garden
- Conducting fumigation and cutting the lawn
Secondly, you will also have cleaning duties, such as:
- Cleaning the premises and the surrounding areas
- Emptying dirty bins
- Sweeping the walkways and driveways
Last but not least, you will need to manage all of the tools that you will use, including:
- Maintain safety awareness with use of all equipment on all tasks.
- Detect and report malfunctioning of gardening equipment and tools.
- Repair minor defects of gardening equipment and tools.
Eligibility and Requirements

- Grade 10 or above level 4 or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and write
Aside from that, this job will require much physical work in clearing or garden maintenance, so having good physical health is a must.
