Job Title: ECSECC Internship Programme
Position: Project Management Office Intern

Type of work: 24 Months Contract
Duties
Participating in ECSECC Internship Programme means that you will have to deal with these following duties, as follows.
- Assisting in both preparation and drafting of reports and presentations
- Supporting the maintenance of the project cadence calendar and configuration library for all project documentation
- Attending scheduled meeting, training, mentoring, and capacity building initiatives
- Supporting the monitoring and evaluation functions of the PMO including social media monitoring
- Besides, supporting the data analytics and business case development work
- Conducting and supporting general administrative duties
- Supporting efforts to collect all relevant data and maintain the Portfolio of Evidence (POE)
- Documenting experience and learning into a portfolio for future use
- Participating in organization activities
- Submitting documentation as per the requirements of the organization
- Disseminating information to other programmes within the organization
- Also, supporting stakeholder engagements and providing administrative support during engagements and meetings
Requirements
In addition, some requirements are compulsory for all applicants to possess in order to qualify for the ECSECC internship programme.
- Having the minimum of National Diploma in Information Technology, Management, and/or Administration equal to NQF level or higher is non-negotiable
- Having no experience is acceptable, however, having experience in project and/or general administration will be an advantage
- The applicants who have Project Management Certification will get an advantage
- Being able to implement task and internalize and apply both learning and experience is essential
- Being able to maintain accurate and up to date project files is vital
- Having problem solving and analysis skills is compulsory
- Also, the applicants must be able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment under deadline pressure, manage own workload independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- All applicants must have computer literacy and excellent writing abilities in English
- Having proven ability to work as a part of a team is obligatory
- Having good writing and research skills is mandatory
- The applicants must be detail oriented and proactive
- Lastly, having the willingness and openness to learn from mistakes is essential
