Summary

In order to be eligible, applicants must meet the minimum educational requirements. You can fulfil one of the three options below:

  • A Grade 10 certificate plus 5 to 10 years of working experience in Human Resource
  • Grade 12 certificate plus 2 to 5 years of working experience in Human Resource
  • Or, a national diploma or degree in Human Resource plus 0 to 2 years of working experience in Human Resource

Job Duties

Once you are qualified for the job, you will be involved in but not limited to the following key performance areas:

  • Record, receive and capture leave
  • Conduct leave audits
  • Record, receive and capture over time
  • Conduct appointments, terminations and upgrading
  • Deal with housing allowance
  • Deal with administrative aspects as needed in HRM, including but not limited to processing service benefits
  • Sit in shortlisting and interviews
  • Record performance management and development systems
  • Receive documents in HR and send relevant documents to E-Government
  • Proper control of record in personnel section
  • Attend to HR queries
  • Make sure that HRM procedures and policies are adhered to
  • Sign performance contract on yearly basis
  • Take part in Gauteng turnaround strategy, PHC Re-engineering as well as Establishment of the Sub-District
